i have made an account but i haven't got the activation Email so i can't play... so whats going on

Had a similar problem once.
If your getting a blank screen after pressing validate try using a different browser. I used Mozilla and it validated immediately.

Check your Junk Folder first...
Some email providers completely block emails from darkspace for unknown reasons, that I know of @gmail.com and @live.com emails do not block darkspace, if you continue to have issues, try registering a new email there or using one of them if you already have one.

With Gmail it took around ~7 minutes for it to arrive.
But Dev's/Admins i know it is a good one against automatic web registration but. Why does the Register button on the GCQL login doesn't use something like the activation code to verify there e-mail before allowing them to login?
Currently with the GCQL you can register and you will have to validate your e-mail later, and can become a problem because the validate e-mail in profile had some problems lately (could be fixed don't know)..
