OK, looking for a general concensus...
1) you like cheesy, stringy, juicy, fluid, gooeyyyy mac&cheese or..
2) you like the alternative: clumpy mac & cheese
..if you cook it and no one want's to tell you it sucks, it doesn't count... ...so just plead the 5th, lol. Really, plead the 5th amendment per the US constitution, lol.
no comment will suffice (or otherwise equivalent)
NOTE: my ex-GF tortured me with her FAMILY-renowned recipe for MAC&CHEESE and it was completely aweful! I told her such and she got pissed until she discovered the alternative! She since then has schooled her "quote" family recipe, lol.
So, do you like cheezy/liquid/gooey/stringy cheezy-mac or that firm-egglike stuff?

As I am in college, I can confirm the superiority of butter mac over all other macs. (Butter mac is the kind where you add the half stick of butter to the powder cheese.)

Im with Borgie. We need the cheese. Why do you think we have spent so many years trying to capture all the ICC cheese we can find? The UGTO empire would fail in a day without the mac.
