I just wanted to say that I LOVE Cotswold cheese... been buying it from our local HEB for the past 6-months now. If you get a chance to pick it up, it's great with a beer!

I have homemade cotswold cheese brought from a local farm who supply a range of locally grown produce. Nice creamy cheese with the chives adding the extra tang of flavour.
Can also come with mixed with onions and is a very close relative of its cousin the double gloucester for which both reside in the cotswolds.
