need 15 members first then it will auto generate one.

After you have 15 members, I don't know how long it takes, its been 4-5 days now for us, and we still don't have one.

Chaos you might need to remind an admin or sommin. Ours got generated about 2hrs after we hit 15 members.

Actually we have a CRON job that runs once a week. So you need to get 15 members and then at the next CRON schedule you will see your forum appear. You may get lucky and get the 15th person 5 minutes before the automated script runs or you may miss it by 5 minutes and have to wait a week.
We let the automation script create the forums. It gets mad at us if we do it ourselves.
