the game start i get in my ship and im in the game for 10 sec to 2min and the game stop say reconnect and does the same thing again and when I get off it to see it say " fail to get game information" and i tryed everything on the forum but it doesn't change anything so I would like anyone that can tell me what the problem is or is there a game with the game itself and that others are getting the same problem as me. because it can't be on my side i did what the forum said, my laptop is new, I played the game wireless and connected by wire and no change at all.

Issues to check:

#1 video drivers
#2 audio drivers (this games nuts about the audio)
#3 directX

failing all that, try a reboot

failing that try a reinstall

failing that, send email to dev support and tell them in as much detail as possible, everything that youve done

Regardless do you obtain a stable connection if you connect a network cable from the router to the laptop and not use wireless (if that is what you are using). Does this make any difference to your connection, as wireless is/can be terribly unrealible especially through online gaming.

OK not to sound like a ass but just try what we say such as plug in to the router or modem and see if u have the problem its what we would try and see if it works so we can figure out the problem and help you fix it. but if you dont try anything we say then we cant help you fix it and your asking does us no good. so please just try our tips out and dont throw them out the window. most DS players that give tips on computers really do know what there doing otherwise they wouldnt bother trying to help.

1) Enable NAT on your router (see your routers manual on how to enable this).
2) Open ports 9000-9151 for DarkSpace (UDP & TCP).
3) Enable DarkSpace through your firewall.
4) Check to see if your ISP has any traffic shaping going on.

The only reason your client would fail to get game information is if it doesn't receive it or cannot fetch it. This only happens if the data is modified in transit and comes back corrupt (and therefor the client won't accept the data), or if the connection is being refused.
