Me & the girl are headed upto Canadia for a long weekend next week, gonna spend at least onea the days in Montreal, prefferably at a pub type setting with a few peoples of acquaintance, first rounds on me! Whose in?

ack it wa slast weekend i was in montreal, and since next to ontario, its quite a trip and right now i can't make it  have fun there

I wish, Montreal is a nice city, was there for 4 months in 1976...
Let me know if you ever get out to Calgary, be more than happy to lift a few beers with you and show you the city....

So... NO one is near Montreal? We are willing to go further... just remember we've gotta be back stateside Monday night... we have NO plan other than we wanna camp out at least one night. We also don't wanna spend the whole time on the road... so... idears?

I think Toronto and Montreal are equidistant to Philly... but if I were you I'd still go to Montreal for the weekend--it's a real great city. Make sure you visit Schwartz's Hebrew Delicatessen and get a smoke meat sandwich. That is a MUST-do in Mtl.
