Hey folks, I haven't played darkspace in years and I have just now reinstalled the game to give it another go. My memory is hazy, but I seem to remember being able to fly the Assault Dread at my current rank of Admiral. Now I seem to need to be a Fleet Admiral. Is that a recent change or is my memory just failing me? Thanks in advance

Sorry pal, but I think that it's most always been FA. Don't worry though, you aren't missing much.

That's sort of a mind trip, I was tearing stuff up in that Assault Dread cus I remember the Combat Dread being considerably worse. Thanks I suppose it doesn't matter either way.

dont worry i hit FA like 2 weeks ago and havent really been bothering with pres gain since ill hi GA when i do but my point is it took me about a week to go from admiral to FA mainly from combat prestige just try to stay about 1200 GU away from whoever ur attacking and CD owns

Yep it was changed years ago. Had the samething happen to me when I returned and wondered why I couldn't get my Battle Dread. So you're not the only one.
