Faction supreme commanders are the top of the chain of command, they have the job of making all command decisions for that faction, if there is any factional dispute, the supreme commanders will have the final word. Supreme commanders will be elected by public vote and will serve a 3 month term before the next election.
This is the nomination thread for the supreme commanders of each faction. To submit a nomination post the credentials of a pilot (NOT YOURSELF) who you believe should be the supreme commander of your faction.
The people with the most nominations will go on to the elections.

I hereby nominate Chief Marshal Steveyk of RSM as the Faction Supreme Commander of the UGTO
he is a strong leader, with dedication, and years of service to the UGTO, he is the perfect candidate.

It doesn't have to be complex, just say who, and give a good reason.
Disclaimer: This is a fun political event that may start a new government for factions, or may do nothing at all, this election is completely unofficial, and ment to get some information on the best and brightest of DarkSpace leaders.

I nominate Chief Marshal Don Nukey as FSC for ICC. Don Nukey has been a pivotal leader within the ICC structure providing leadership and guidance. He has proven himself in adminstrative roles as a fleet leader and as a capable Chief Marshal in many major conflicts including the recent recapture of R33 in Sag.
Don Nukey also does like kittens.... usually on toast with a strawberry preserve.

Far as I am aware, Itchy and Scratchy, two of our best Gaifen, currently are the leaders of K'Luth. They hang out at Fury/R33 and pass information to us to tell us where/when/how to attack the humans. So far they have been awesome leaders, and I renominate them for another term.

NO longer shall UGTO fight bubble wars with the masters of spam !, waiting for the HUNDREDS of pointy Missles to POP one "Bubble" and Leave when we have the Majority and the Advantage !
No longer shall UGTO fight Whack-a-Mole wihen the mole is not even there but have already taken the system !
No longer shall UGTO have 30-40 players at once and only take ONE system AND with the MAJORITY, AFK !!!

I will promote someone who takes the initiative ! and the Advangate !, strangle them together along with Proper Fleet Command to create Hell and Choas in their wake but under the Hell and Chaos shall rise the banners of UGTO !
I will promote someone who will lead the Extermintaion of the Kluth from existance and will end this "Civil War" with our Fallen Brethen, the ICC. To Reunited and reinstate ICC back not only into the Union but into Humanity's future !

A popularity contest? Terrific. I think people should only "nominate" their own factions.
THAT SAID, clearly the only leader the ICC can have must be BackSlash Jack. His endless zeal towards making the ICC the best it can ever be must never be forgotten. His dedicated efforts to organise the ICC into a cohesive whole are legendary, and I doubt anyone can say they've never realised it.
Who was the one to make a great deal of the ICC capitulate and turn Lobster? Who was it that bound the spirits of the ICC Vocal Faction?
