Booting me out of chat! |

Everytime I am chatting in game, it sometimes acts like it hits enter and boots me out of chat. That causes me to accidently cause team damage and also I lost an Zlar Defense because of it. I am mad and really upset because of it.

it's an enh that you probably would'ave lost it eventually anyway so don't sweat it i'm sure you'll get another one at some point

he means it was in space and he hit space-bar, thus killing it instead of hitting L to load it into his cargo.
Most likely this is a cause of some lag, most likely video lag not network lag when you hit enter the system is thinking you are hitting it twice, thus never entering chat. Make sure you only tap the enter key or that it doesn't get stuck, if all else fails find another keyboard and try that.

Sounds like an issue with your keyboard. Only enter will boot you out of 'chat' mode. Clicking might also, but I have no idea why people would be clicking whilst typing.

I am using an Laptop, so the enter is not directly next to letters. Matter fact, Enter is not even close... 3 keys away. There is no chance that the enter button would stick. Just annoying that right in the middle of typeing something to your teammates.
