Parcia's moon Kataba is almost directly in line with any jumps made from Struve Gate 1 since the map updates in the last patch, and if you're going anything over 20 speed the AI will want to make you turn to the side so you don't crash into Parcia.....this sometimes makes it turn left, straight into Kataba. I've almost had this happen twice so it wasn't just a random AI quirk, it's simply not checking to see if anything else is in the way when it makes a turn.

Moving Kataba around 1000 GU clockwise should more than fix this.
