Always downloading the patch |

Everytime i log on it downloads the patch. Sometimes when i just use the Shipyard it freezes up and says DS is not responding. After shutting it down i log back on and it downloads again. Didnt have any problems at all untill this new patch. Anyone else having this issue? And what can I do to resolve it?????

Have you tried rebooting? You may have a old DarkSpaceClient.exe hung on exit, which is locking the DLL's preventing you from updating them.
Also, it might be your anti-virus or your hard-drive is corrupted.

I dont get the download issue but between server gates I stuck into gate 100% times.

Just going on the info provided and my gut feeling.
Please check if darkspace is installed under "program files" and if not, check your file access permissions.
In addition are you running DarkSpace/GCQL as a administrator ("Run as Administrator")
