It always seemed so wasteful to have AI scouts that are specifically geared towards combat - such as the assault scout - only capable of scouting and not engageing targets. I think it would be prudent to either create an exception for assault class scouts, or give all scouts the ability to attack and defend.
Also, I think the time the AI stays active should be increased... time between battles can be greater then 1 hour, thus the AI turns into a 1 use ship, assuming it survives the battle of course.
Also, there is the issue of the other team just logging out, waiting an hour, and coming back... [ This Message was edited by: Tellaris on 2010-07-21 03:15 ]

Meh if he dose so what, there AI, there stupid. Back off and keep distance and kill, they can't point jump you worth beans.

Yes, you are limited to 4 ships concurrently.

they should spawn with a default order to protect the one that spawned them imo.

each dread is 800 creds, so they will be wasting alot
