ok its me fa insanity i paly'ed this game alot and i was almost GA when my cousin reset my account i want to nkwo if u admins can give me my rank back cause i really dont wanna go through all of it again this was a few weeks back and i rage quit so i was wondering can you do it if so i would foreever be in ur dept and me love u long time

I can vouch that he was indeed a FA with good progress to GA.
Not sure about his badges but he could use assault and battle type dreads.

there's a couple lines you might have missed in the service agreement, (which is part of the Rules of Conduct), which i guess is understandable, seeing as the whole section is in CAPTIAL LETTERS.

A single picture of the bridge of an assault dread is not proof. It could be anyone in that ship who took that screenshot. there is no name..
Perhaps if he had a screenshot of the F5 screen it would be better.. However as doran said. It is his responsibility to keep his account secure, and he failed that. the staff are not at all obligated to help him.

ok but this was a 6 year old u expect him to know what RESET Account means he doesnt even know how to read ver good he can read but he sucks at it and i khnow if was my misstake not posting this right away but i got mad a took a brake for like 2 weeks

To be perfectly honest, without any reference the admin cannot fix your account. Had you reported this before the latest ranking update you may have had a chance, or even a screenshot of your profile. But in this case, you will unfortunately have to gain it all back.

That sucks, it takes awile to get up to that rank, and someone else came and screwed it. I really dont think thats fair. Hes obviously a semi-dedicated player atleast. I just dont think its fair to drop him like that.
