The only thing ICC needs is a gadget that lets them transfer their shields to a friendly player within 250-300gu at a decent but not unreasonable rate. The idea is that ICC players working together can support each others defensive abilities to better compensate for the fact that we benefit from reload drones at least a good 50% less than other factions.

or better if two or more ships can join or share or say combine their shields when at close distance for enhanced defence and also that may reduce power consumption ..
So two or more ships flying in wings r more harder to kill than a lone one ...

We just need aux shield gens to boost shield regen rate instead of being utterly useless.
