Can't help it.
Need the blue enh. 
I either farm Elites, or I park at the nearest asteroid and put a sign around my neck that says "Will clean ships for Enh" ....

This is very interesting. Some clan decides to come to ICC to even thte play terms. But I doubt they will stay long. Most clans migrate only to get prestige and then move back to their original faction. ICC will always be weak in terms of having dedicated players.

Well Red, We'll see. I figured it'd even the playing field a little bit better. I've noticed that the newer people join ICC and once they hit rank they go to UGTO or Luth. Tonight I will be switching our fleet from UGTO to ICC. I know we'll probably lose a few members but maybe a few from ICC would like to join. Anyways we'll see how it pans out !

That much is true enough at least. A lot of people go ICC at first because the ships look cool or they like the idea of shields, but then they play for a while and experience limited ammo, see cloaking and armor repair rates, and then jump ship.
