turning sppeds are defined by 2 things in darkspace,speed and MASS.In the Mass part however,not only is your ship class/weight an issue,your amount of armor is as well.Thanks to the Brilliant minds of the devs.

For ICC this change means nothing.Altho they have "Basically" the fastest turning ships,they have only ONE layer armor and none that can be swapped for a lighter/different type.

For kluth its negligble because speed isnt really a consideration and they would be stupid to replace self repairing armor.

for UGTO its a big plus as they could drop a few plates in certain areas and therefore drop the armor mass and increase the turn speed.

so,in conclusion,its not JUST speed that determines a ship's turn radius.
