ok im new. every time i try to connect to the metaverse server it says failed to load interface. What can i do?

check your video settings.. perhaps there's something there amiss.

In the launch tab, go to "DarkSpace Setup" Try different settings for video. Windowed mode tends to be the most widely compatible.
