This is a jump gate that I designed that will be a monolithic jump gate. Which allows for Stations and below to pass through it.

Nice concept, but DS gates needs 360 degree access.

As I recall, DS gates are just stabilised WHs. Try keeping that in mind?

All I had to do is duplicate and basically turn them over so they could have a stable wormhole between. It will allow for 360 Acess and give that awe inspiring look to the game.

That would require a total rewrite of the gate/wormhole code, which I don't think we're keen to do: no real point, and no real gain. Just to make a model seem more logical is hardly a reason.

Its rather plain, don't you think? If you notice the existing gates, especially the ICC, they have floaty panels and spinning bits of wonder. Just having a basic cage doesn't seem that exciting to me. And I'm usually something of a minimalist.

Give me an concept artwork and I could make something that you like to see.

Reason I made it this way, I was thinking of having top and bottom spin opposite directions. Top Counter clock wise and Bottom Clock Wise while the wormhole shines in the middle of them.
