I cannot access my old account abandoned ships nor can i get a new password for it as the email address no longer exists i require a new password directly from an admin plz sen me one at gcql please to this account. could an admin plz send a new password to my current email address. i can even tell u the old email address i had if that can prove im the owner of this account.

unfortunatly for you, we don't reset passwords as a rule. we already provide a mechanism to reset your password if you've forgotton it, however that is dependant on having a unique email address per account AND maintaining a current and valid email address on that account.

tl;dr, if you let your account sit inactive, and dont bother to update old addresses, if you cant be bothered to do that, its pretty much your own fault

yea well i would have updated my email if i but i didnt HAVE another email address until AFTER localnet deleted my account they nvr notified me or anything so

Well this could all have been avoided if you just logged in to the game at least once a week. Minimum. Either on GCQL or the website.
