The current Station allies are a waist because they have WH generators instead of Jumpdrives and they wont use them. I would be fine if the stations would use their WH generators but i would perfer if they had jumpdrives. I would also like to see the ability to package them back up so that they can be reused on a later date.

I don't know, it seems to me that for game balance reasons, station AI shouldn't even be purchasable. Station spam is bad as it is, why encourage more?

Side stepping the issue of preferance of whether or not AI ally stations are worth it / should be used / should be included in the game, there is still a fatal flaw it their base function, which is to be helpful when and where you need them. seeing as how they move at 6 gu and can't jump they are even more utterly usless than mentioned before.

you spawn station at a battle they are a distraction / fire support (kinda) and then you leave them behind and they try in pitiable futility to catch up to you.

I imagine a bridge crew of 7 year olds:

"OMG, he's so fast how do we catch up to him why are we going so slooowwww!?"

Aren't the station allies like 2k creds anyway?
