This isn't the first time this has happened to me before but there is an issue with wormholes.

Occationally when you make a wormhole the exit appears but the entrance doesn't.
It doesn't seem to go away with repeated activations. The AI can use the entrances even though no one else can and they do not appear. They still appear on the F2 tactical screen.

Now while this hasn't happened to me in a situation where I badly needed a WH it might happen and then make me rage more as I lose a station to a issue like this.

I assume the WH issue arises from the amount of things happening in the server, just like how long the WH is active for.

I am not the only one to get this issue either, can it be looked into?

ahem......

had the same error quite often
you place a wh and your entrance isnt there (or exit or both)
some times , only you cant see it, some times noone can but ai seams to be able to use it anytime

Seriously though, if the WH drive exists in the game I would like to know the reasons behind this error and what can be done to possibly fix it?

I assume that it would be latency induced

This is probably related to an older issue of desyncs occuring. You will have to disconnect then reconnect to create a WH. While they reduced the liklihood of a desync, they can't control all the traffic between you and their servers, so its rather difficult to eliminate it entirely. Try reconnecting when you see it happen.

That's exactly what I thought when it first happened to me a while ago.

It doesn't seem to solve the issue.

Im new here and encounterd the glitch it was one of those major battle things and i had togo back to a planet thats in dire needed but then i found randomly AI every where they were more grouped at where the exit of my WH so we almost got screwed.The guys think it was that glitch he saw on forums before THANK GOD NOTHING WAS CAPTURED but hope any thing from that may help or not at all. but main thing is its a free high way for AI so all i think is they no where the exit is or they randomly get lucky and ram into it.Im ticked by that glitch so i want that glitch TO GO DOWN >:>
