I'll see what I can do, I use photoshop.
EDIT: You know, I've never actually made myself a sig. I always use simple pics I find.
If you prefer the smaller text version I can easily change the size, it only requires saving it at HIGH quality not MAXIMUM. Different color text is easy too (I originally used red but decided on blue because you're ICC).

Thank you all that entered, it was a tuff decision. As MrSparkle captured the embodiment of defiance, and made me fall off of my chair laughing, he is the clear and uncontested champ.

Dark Hiigaran awesome job man, nice seeing the shadow of an icc dread on the moon. A definate act of defiance as surley the dread was going to bomb earth my favorite thing to do btw.
chlorophyll nice use of text styles, and I especially liked the ICC logo bit.
darksmaster you had the best looking shot of a ICC HC I’ve ever seen! And the boxy text topped it all off.

glad to be of service. I like humor and pop references in the sigs I make, it reflects my attitude toward gaming (fun, not serious etc.)
Choose someone you think is worthy of the credits, I don't need them. Preferably choose someone who needs them, and tell them it's my treat
Now I have to think of something for a sig for me. Hmm.
