well im having a problem with my mouse disapearing but its different than the usual problem when i start up the game my mouse only shows up in the top leftside of my screen in a small box but when i move it out of the box it dissapears but im still able to move my mouse over buttons but its hard trying to ckick on them because idk where tmy mouse is so it take 10-15 seconds to switch from screen to screen trying to click on something can someone help?

Run darkspace setup and enable/disable software cursor. Whether it is checked or not, just set it to the opposite of what it was and see if it helps.

To run darkspace setup go to the launch tab (while gcql is running) and highlight darkspace setup. Then click the red diamond button that says launch.

Odd that I've not had that problem. Is it only with certain graphics chipsets?

Hopefully you guys don't wait till 1.6 to release the fix .

For those that still have the mouse bug problem, we would like to have some Additional information!

1: where do you lose your cursor (login selection, ship selection, on death, etc.)
2: Do you have Software Mouse enabled? (did you mark it Inside DS setup)


It will be hard to solve otherwise,

if i have the software cursor enabled i dont see my mouse when im entering the game on half of the screen and when i press ESC....if i dont have software cursore enabled i see my mouse but i loose it when im dieing!
