ok here what i think
strongest
UGTO - atm its the strongest due to the amount of players that are on at one time normally
Kluth - their weapons are the strongest around
ICC
Hardest
Kluth - if ur a newbie ie middshipman then ur pretty much a flying piece of lobster meat also u need to work together and watch the energy and leave the battle field when u need to
ICC - due to its player base and the amount of of things u need to keep on top of ie ur shield rotation and energy
UGTO - these guys are THE EASYIEST to use

Strongest -
1. K'Luth - Best core weapon, highest damage, best beam range and cloak device render projectiles in despair and dreads numb in pain. Chitinous armor, which is as useful as ablative and has autorepair! What's more, I'm betting that the new k'luth dreads will have enough damage to beat MI nodes in less than 5 alpha strikes. That alone is enough to poop your pants.
2. ICC - Very utilitarian ships. Long range damage, best torpedo, best fighters and ***shield resistance to energy and psi damage*** makes them awesome at both longrange and close. They can stand against most of the damage dealt by K'Luth beams (not fair) and give fair resistance to UGTO assault ships. Only bad thing is their batteries, which runs out soon if you are in a big fight.
3. UGTO - Giant mammoths with heavy armor, best fighter ship, best cannon ship, best stations, and best core weapon explosion radius (sarcasm!). They are like bones in a tasty fish - annoying and persistent.
Hardest to play -
1. K'Luth - Cloak device unable to defend against blind fire very well, and the number of players able to blindfire are increasing like mosquitoes during rains. Many players don't know how to use the ships well either. Also, lack of players which happens sometimes.
2. UGTO - Hard to avoid incoming fire, not much usefulness of secondary weapons (missiles, mines etc) and uselessness of strong point - fighters. While this makes sure you become a ugto veteran without need of skill, this also makes you useless in those odd fights where combat is the least important.
3. ICC - Utilitarian ships help players in their first days. Long range helps newbies fight without fear and defensive systems help them survive even if they are unskilled, almost as if the ship does things on its own. Varying duties performed by the ships gives newbies a fair chance to learn new skills. Best training faction IMO.
