Contrary to popular modern day belief, there is only ONE "historic" fleet. GTN. All other fleets are either dead and therefor "history" or long lived and well known, or "Veteran" (PB, TK, and SW perhaps the only LIVING examples). OR they, while large active, and possibly even one day "historic" simply haven't exsisted long enough to become much more than the current Faction Fad. GTN did however briefly swicth to ICC on April 1st 2005. It also breifly disbanded that same day.

Too much if an enemy Assault Dread is cruising up behind them and they are in F3

That would depend on wif you are the target ship or target planet. but roughly the same. 56-58 gu if I recall....unless thats been changed.

Oldtimer Vet. Ranked number one even though he quit playing for several years, returned briefly, but .483 Mirving, and todays Prestige system simply allowed almost anyone to surpass him.

I've flown EADs, ADs, and Siphons, but its been a long time ago...don't recall them having ANY sensor equipment though I could be wrong.

Bifrost Station was created sometime around 2116 CE. It was a small geo sync orbit station, 'originally designed to build long range probes and colony ships to the rest of the worlds in the Sol system for possible use in the rebuilding of Earth. '
Biforst Fleet Foundry was complete at 2241 CE. 'The new Bifrost Fleet Foundry is completed on the site of the original ship docks.'
This implies to me that the original Bifrost Station was removed from orbit and not "upgraded", but "replaced". I would suggest rewording the question to remove the questionable wording.

A horrid Question. The Galactic Navy is under the command of the Galactic Trade Organization, one could argue that the Headquarters for The Navy branch of the UGTO lies at Mars, with the rest of the high ranking officials and political acumen.
As far as I know, theirs no designated "Headquarters" of the UGTO Navy, like how the "Pentagon" is the "Headquarters" of the USA's military.
If you're referring the Galactic Trade Navy, please reword that question to referebce them by name

I would recommend changing this question to better clarify that Shi Sheng would become famous first for his abilities while commanding on the destroyer CSS Vanguard and then later gaining fame on the CSS Paladin. A wording such as "Name the famous Confederate Officer who was promoted to Rear Admiral for holding off four pirate destroyers in a destroyer of his own." or such
