i noticed that icc (havent meet other faction elites yet) all have strange habit of jumping into the planets. its....kinda sad to see your prey crash near you....when you could have killed it.

There is to much debris inside ICC space. All ship captains have been given the order to set course to planets before abandoning the ship, and let it burn up on re-entry.
Apparently captains decide to fight to the bitter and and hope to still not get demoted for not following the final order and use there jump drive to get closer to the planet. But forgetting that the navigation computer doesn't do so well when the hull is severely damaged. An they end up with a double promotion due to a Jumped planet Smack
How is that for a explanation..

Every time an ICC ship explodes, it sends showers of duct tape across the entire system.
Stuff gunks up your engines pretty quick, it's good to see ICC high command finally taking responsibility for this.

Yeah, was epic to see a ship that could actualy do damage. Next thing from the devs is "So yeah, we cut it's firepower in half and stripped it of ICC's only advantage" .
I remember when defense mode came out. First thing I said was "It'll be gone next week". First time I've been wrong about an ICC nerf  .
