some people cant by coloured trails cause they r not subscribed.
so why not make it and achievement like the enhansment? which u get after killing something.
for example:
for killing 8 destroyers u get dark blue exhaust.
for killing three dreads u get forest green exhaust and so on...
cause coloured exhausts are awesome

You don't need to subscribe. Just buy credits, buy them in Garage.
They're even available as drops. I've gotten 3 colored trails from player kills.

that wud be nice but just like put a time limite on it tho so you just dont kill 7 dessys then come back the next day kill 1 and oooo look a dark blue exast gotta put it in like a 30 minute time on another note i got a red hot that i want to get rid of for 2k creds i dont like the red so want to sell it so when the update comes i can take my blue off my nerfed CC and put it eles where

im 15 i cant even buy credits.
and the are VERY rare as drops like most people say.
if u can earn them by doing something in the game would be great for those who cant get credits in anyway

Available as very rare drops.
And you do know that "people cant buy coloured trails cause they r not subscribed", implying that you should purchase some cyber-money from PaleStar.
If you don't want to lose green paper sheets, you can always ask for credits from players who purchase them.
Back when credit-for-enhancement system was introduced, the /yell chat used to be flooded by "can i haz 10k creds", "somebody lend me 500 creds", "want someone killed? hire assassin krill for 500 creds, will teamkill for 750". And it was funny : )

Ah well.
Sometimes elites do drop them too. You're right, they're rare.
Anyway some players do give their blue enh away too. I regularly give away blue enh that I don't want or need. Have given away trails, adv enh, and even a Thari's.

I got most of my engine trails from Pirate elites in RR.

FYI - they have a 0.3% chance of dropping from a cruiser, 1.5% chance from a dread, and 2% chance from a station. Elites will vary.

Well I think people would all have different taste to the colour they want so making one easy and one harder to get.....
But it would be free which would be nice......
But nothing comes free.....
