Home page -> Forums -> Private Messages (its on the top of the page) -> Send a Private Message

This system will keep a log of your messages like email so you can read them at leisure.

FYI, I daresay less than 25% of the players even know of the forum PM system, and only 5% ever used it more than once. So there is no guarantee whether the other guy bothers to read it or not.

To send a personal message to spomeone in the lobby you can:

- Right click on their name in the players list and choose send
- Type /send @[player#] (works in lobby and in game)

You can type /who [playerName] to get their # if needed.

So to send me a private message for example you would first need to get my # so type /who SpaceGK wich would get you 188886. Then just type /send @188886 [yourMessage], which could be send @188886 sup? and I would recieve 'sup?'.

Offline players will recieve the message the next time they log on.

Make sence?

Feel free to send me a messge if you feel you need to test it out and I'll reply, (or just message yourself)

All /send messages are stored for 7 days. So for ease and simplicity you can always just /send them a message via GCQL and they will see it when they login.

Hmmm, I wonder how possible it would be to have an indicator in GCQL of new forum PM's waiting?

The main thing missing from forum PMs is being able to send one to someone through their profile.
