Is it me or are they slightly blurred? They look good, only comment would be the blurring.

Nice... If I may make a suggestion, try to give them an embossed look, and let the outer glow work inside of the logos too...
I created a few of these for a t-shirt promotion for darkspace which may give some example as to what I mean:
Otherwise they are pretty nice, keep up the good work.
PS: I have some large sized blank templates of the logos which may help out in making hi-res versions they are like 4100x4100 so it should be quite large enough to keep any alaising out of your images no matter how large you make them  Here they are:
