Elites & possible rules? |

So now that ive got hunting elites down i have a few questions about there locations and a rule question.
Is it aginst the rules to kill them with a Space Station?
The other is, i pretty much know where to find ICC elites but the problem is when i go hunting for UGTO elites, i never can find them. As a kluth player i tried looking for our elites as well but never have seen them on the radar.
So anyone know what systems u can find UGTO and Kluth elites at, i keep asking in game and ppl tell me "Check home system" which i would but....idk which one that is

The home server for UGTO is Lacerta, home system is Sol.
Home server for kluth is Andromeda/Ursa Major (different gates/texts use different ones I think) and I believe home system is Sirius.
