Obviously you do not read the Galactic Press.
There was a work slowdown, called for by the union. It seems they are in negotiations again, and at loggerheads. The union is attempting to show their importance by not working as hard or as smart as they usually do.
I hear that there will be a strike soon, and when that happens, the repair companies will hire scab workers to come in and do the job. That will create tension with the strikers, and then all hell will break loose. A ship may end up in the crossfire simply because it cued up for a repair, and the strikers attacking the scabs may result in loss of life.
I'm sure the UGTO will flex their usual, tyrannical muscle and squash the upstarts before it gets too bad.
If not, you may want to contract your own personal supply instead of relying on untrustworthy ai, and even more untrustworthy players...

Its due to desync. Usually depleting ammo or getting shot at "updates" it properly.
Though it should be looked into I think, it happens very often, especially in the case of ammo based weapons. Its kind of newbie unfriendly.

So it's normal to be unable to supply players with ammo regardless of having plenty of drones? I had thought it was a desynch issue.
