When I was updating the resources on the planets I failed to update hydrogen, has been fixed now. All of the following types of planets have hydrogen; Gas, Ocean, Terran, and Ice.

I had forgot that ships can refuel their jumpdrives by orbiting planets with hydrogen (doh).
