im 15 so i cant use a credit card.
And looking at my chances the only way i can by credits is through cashu.
U get where im going right?

does your dad/mom have a paypal account? if so, ask him/her if he/she can buy you something via paypal if you give him/her the money back. 
That's what I did; starting at your age to untill a month ago when I finally got my own paypal axxount since I turned 18 last month

well...do you have the money? because if you do then I may have a solution....I usualy use prepaid credit cards....however paypal doesnt like them so I would sudgest something like greendot....it uses the same principal of a regular pre-paid but you need to put your SSN number in it so paypal can varify it.

Paypal has multiple options to allow you to pay, not only with a CC but bank transfer, prepay options and other. just create a account there and see what you can do.
(Options vary per country.)

I have a bank account linked to PayPal, so I can pay with an e-check. Basically I can make purchases normally, it just takes a week or 2 for the payment to go through. I started doing that before I was 18. If you go to the bank rambling on about PayPal then they should be able to know what you need and hook you up with the account and info. I don't think I needed any parental consent to open up a second bank account just for PayPal...
