QQ is biggest exploit i found yet and it makes some people OP who able to use it well.

I say we nerf the QQ by about 60%, and increase recharge time by about 200%

I have so far only seen fighters being used vs me, so I won't touch the subject, although allowing you to defend someone (and possibly, defend a transport's infantry as they start their descent to a planet or ship) sounds nice.

I have also run into the useless AI problem. With at least 8 combat ships in the vicinity, but all I can see is 2 combat ships, 3 platforms and the rest transports.

removing them from appearing would be nice.

my 2 cents:

the "nav-screen" need a overhaul at all
its used as some mix between nav-computer & fleet tactic screen
why not make 2 different ones (or a button to switch from nav to fleet) ?

- in nav screen you can only plott your course, (maybe) set waypoints for you

- in tactic screen you still have the map, but you can set waypoints
-- waypoints can only set for people with a rank less than yours
-- you can also give different orders here ( i think of something like command & conquer) like move, attack, bomb (to ships with bombs), guard....
-- maybe add something like "fog of war" where the last known positions of ships is displayed (greyed out)
