Ok lately there is hardly any god damn players online. So i spend time killing npc's. But its just not enough. Im only a 1rst rear admiral, and thats not good enough for me while lots of people are higher ranking then me. I really need some help ranking up. Sombody give me advice or something Please!

well. the top two ways to earn pres is A Supply Ship
and B building. combat leads to damage and somehimes death that will cost you pres loss depending on the ship.

Mostly play more, go build in scen if you want, however building in scen is one of the most boring things ever IMO.
Try not to die and try to dodge fire of bigger ships in combat. Supply ships are good, but in my experience don't get you much pres with almost no-one to supply and you get killed by splash damage easily so you lose pres.

They have tweaked the values to make this a bit harder but you can effectively use the missile frigates until you hit Admiral, then you can prudently use dreads.
I got this account to Admiral in a week or two using nothing larger then a frigate.
