In the next darkspace version 1.674 (not the beta) will all the Darkspace beta features which is 1.674 dragged to Darkspace 1.674 (not beta)?

It can depend. Sometimes the changes might be finished enough to put in-game, other times they might still be polishing it. Always remember the dev team is part time, so release times can vary.
