There is about to be a massive overhaul of everything with the tier system, all these complaints will probably be void after the new system is implemented. Complaining now just to get a quick fix when it won't matter after the tier system is pointless.

Well the tier system is going to change all of this around, so uh... we did wake up and see a problem. And we're moving to fix it, and were moving to fix it up long before this post was made.

The tier system wasn't brought about to fix your perceived issues with a given ship or faction.
We won't be making any serious balance changes until the tier system goes live.
The ICC AD isn't overpowered - learn to adapt to changes.
