Sometimes they glitch and won't reload properly. Try firing your weapons into empty space or doing a really short jump and then the platform should resupply you.

they should. they are limited, however by the standard AI logic throttling at high server CPU load and by haveing the same repair gadgets as supply ships/stations, cant repair everyone at the same time

just yesterday i read in a different topic the server never undergoes a "high server cpu load" which would be considered over 60-70% which rarely happened and only ever went over that when ai was mass spawned for example o.O just wanna know does the server cope with fine or does it occasionally have high load and cause latency issues?

High load like that is almost always caused by players and not AI. AI stop spawning at 50% server load.

What happens is this:

No players online

Server spawns AI until it hits 50% server load.

Players join.

Load on server increases to 75% once enough players join.

AI switch off until server load is below 75% again.

The supply platforms count as AI here, so when the load goes over 75% due to players joining the platforms shut off too.
