Exactly. I predicted it would happen when the depot changes were first announced well before 1.67 release. Most anyone else has no problem playing UGTO as we never relied on the depot crutch as an integral playstyle.

yeah we over hre in PB said the same thing.

Actually it is exactly the other way around. Since 1.67 the majority of UGTO players were RSM members.
(btw, I'm not sympathizing with RSM, only stating what I observed.)

I think players are forgetting how brutal the UGTO can be when you're K'Luth...

First there's the adaptive armor, so if they know what you are using, they will swap.
Then there's the flux and EMP weapons which can strip away the primary benefit of the kluth for several minutes, leaving them visible and dead in the water.

I've completely lost cloak before because 4 cruiser AI jumped in and all activated their flux waves when they saw some other uncloaked enemy.

That's the other problem with many longtime UGTO players, many of them don't use Flux Wave. Seems like they're still used to it causing FF so you normally just see AI, unfleeted players, and new players using it. It's damage was not nerfed at all when FF was removed from it so even just 1 is brutally effective.
