If I'm not mistaken, you need to be Chief Marshal to use Tier 3 stuff.

I said a "selected number" of players. 
There're only that many CM amongst the entire playerbase.
All I can say is that the ICC has a pretty cool T3 ship. Unique.
The UGTO and Kluth will have the usual battering ram / murderbeast....

Yeah I know, I would be a cm of I didn't take a giant break for a year haha. So finally what players have requested, a ship specifically for a CM. Though once other players reach the rank of CM they will e able to do it no? Yes we have cool ships, though as I said before, if some cannons were added it would be spectacular, these design look quite familiar, were they ones you did last year?

a slight correction. you need to be chief marshal to use the tier 3 dreads so far as we have been told, to use the tier 3 cruisers you need to be marshal. Unless this has changed.
