AI take waaaay less load than the planets ever did.

Planets used to take between 30%-50% of the server load alone. We got them down to 25%-30%, AI don't impact server performance at all as their logic scales depending on the server load at the time (which is why under certain conditions they will faceplant a planet). This is why you sometimes see them sitting still not doing anything.
