A bunch of players are reporting that the game is constantly crashing and/or freezing fairly regularly, and theres no currently known cause, nothing we can tell on our end. If anyone knows why, please post it.
This seems to have cropped up an hour or two before this posting and is still currently an issue.
Wish I could provide some helpful info but it just happens at a random interval from 5 to 20 minutes of play time.
Anyone else having this issue post here, and include anything I missed.

I'm getting this, hardcore, in luyten tonight. I've sent in a few bug reports too.
It seems to crash/freeze when initiating a jump, or trying to dock with an SY.

Yeah, I experienced this about a couple of days ago.
My client very rarely crashes but in this last week i've had 2 crashes in one session. Once when in the garage and once when in space. No particular action had been initiated, I had just left the SY and very soon my game froze and after upon relogin it asked to send error report. In total in the last 6 months I have had the error report around 10-15 times but I don't even to bother to send that in anymore (Sorry DS!) because the report process itself always fails after much time spent describing the problem as well as waiting for it to resolve.
Also due to being in space and cruising I wanted to log back in asap to avoid smashing into a nearby planet which I may have reached prior to the two-minute time-out. That would've been a headache but i managed to get in and alter course and all seemed fine after that.

Same was happening to me last night/this morning. Many of them were when docking at a SY, or chaging to f2 or f3 view. It even happened just flying around in main screen. Was all in Luyten.
Couldn't pin down any one thing I was doing that set it off.

My game crashed yesterday, just a second after i uncloacked in middle of 2 ugto battle stations.
Screen freezed out, waited for a minute then restarted the game.. No problems thereafter..

Please keep reporting them... I am looking at the crash reports trying to figure out what's causing the crashes.
I suspect the crash does have something to do with manual jump targets, so you might try not using those to see if that helps until I find the problem.

Keeps happening to me too. I just try and log back in as quick as i can and hope im still alive. Its happened to me randomly and also when entering gates

My game froze during fights or just plain fly the ship then suddenly FROZEN! this happen to me 4 times last night alone

Happened to me as well. I was bombing in Luyten and my game froze. I had to open the task manager and close Darkspace. When I tried to get back in the game the loading screen would go straight to Quit, Reconnect. I closed the client 2-3 times before I got back in the game.
Also the first time I've crashed in years
