Now I cannot be sure but using Google translate and going by Polish this may mean:
"The game doesn't function
You are offering something that doesn't function [correctly]. And who would want to give money for equipment [enhancements?]? I won't give you anything - goodbye."
Perhaps they are upset at the number of bugs present in the game and are offended at the thought of paying money for a game they perceive to be flawed.
