Please give feedback on the recent update in this thread. Changes for this update are below.

- Sensor, stealth and recon ICC scouts now have a new gadget: Weapon Disruptor. This gadget allows them to reduce the weapon range of one enemy at a time. - BlackYoup
- Fix navigation keys (A-D / Left-Right) that get stuck when the player alternates holding. The ship will now correctly turn following the pressed keys. - BlackYoup
- Fix Gadget positions on ICC Missile Cruiser. - Walrus of Apathy
- Mute game sounds when game window is not the focus. - Pantheon
- Lowered chatter volume. - Pantheon
- Building a structure now targets it after initiating the build. - BlackYoup
- Fixed over saturated lights on ship texutres. - Pantheon
- Tweaked DarkSpace UberShader to produce better shadows and less ambient light saturation. - Pantheon
- AI faction spawners have been reworked. Shipyards continue to create faction spawners that will spawn AI for the faction of the parent planet, but will now spawn variable amounts of AI dependant on the rank of players in the sector and what ships they're flying. - Pantheon
- AI Engineers will no-longer spawn from faction spawners, and will instead spawn one for each planet with a Colony Hub. Engineers will cease to spawn at the planet if there are no structure slots left, or the planet is locked. Additionally, blockade and strike events prevent engineers from being created. - Pantheon
- AI Engineers will build defense bases on planets again now. - Pantheon
- Fixed an issue wherein entering a wormhole whilst within a safezone would render your weapons unusable. - Pantheon

Please note a wipe of the release Metaverse was required due to changes to the AI system - apologies the the inconvenience.

We're investigating some issues with the production servers - apologies for the inconvenience caused at this time; for the time being, any feedback you do have regarding the game can provided through playing on the beta servers (which are currently up-and-running).

Feedback regarding any of the above features would be most welcomed.

The servers are now back-up and running - Hydra put up a good fight, but the beast was no match for Faustus' one-two-three (ctrl-alt-del) combo.

I do like that you lowered the volume of the voices on the ships. I also like that you changed the AI engies so they build def bases, and that the spawn rate is no longer crazy

Nukey do you mean GCQL keeps crashing or DarkSpace itself?

DarkSpace still has a issue that is currently being resolved and that fix is currently testing in beta. But it will shortly roll into a new release to fix this issue.

GCQL however we haven't nailed down a exact issue
As some people have reinstalled GCQL and DarkSpace trough GCQL a few times and still have some issues But we have others who have had no problem at all.

We are working on it and try to prioritize these two issues.

The issue causing the client to crash has now been rectified in the latest update. Please let me know if the client is still crashing after performing an update.
