look into the MV and you can see a lot of RED - K'Luth-red
these buggy-punks have taken over allmost the entire MV
can you imagine the terror on IHZACK ??
can you feel the pain on GOFBAG ??
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
we have to clear our mind's and find back to the old (and still good) way of human life
so, i call all of you, UGTO and ICC, Ensign and Admiral, to duty
not a duty for our/for your president, a duty to mankind
DONT LET THEM GO AWAY WITH THIS

Let the diplomacy do their work for a human alliance to fight them back.

In light of the Kluth poking fun at us humans, I, as 2IC of GTN, will put it before my clan and see if the consensus is to help the ICCs effort on eliminating the Kluth threat.
Let it be known that I personaly will not attack any ICC involved in this scourge of Kluth. This alliance is temporary and will last till the Kluth are brought to their knees.

ICC-eXS and UGTO-MoA have declared a temporary weapon-truce
no longer MoA- or eXs-planet's are endangered by eachother

Last night I watched some ICC ships try to take down Sirius 3 which belongs to GTN. There were several kluth planets to choose from in the system. This is probably due to a general lack of publicity about this truce. I have stopped initiating attacks against ICC targets since I learned of it. Right now there is plenty of kluth holdings in the MV to which we may devote our attention.

As joint leader of DI-UGTO,
we accept the offer of a truce and will uphold it until told otherwise.
I hope we can help clense the MV of the foul stench of the K'luth(no offence to DI-k'luth  ).
