In accordance with the proposed alliance of ICC and UGTO forces against the kluth (discussed in article "Decleration of Weapon's truce"), I open up this topic for discussion, finalization, and confirmation of treaties instigated between between UGTO clans and the Dirty Deeds, ICC branch.
Any alliances must be discussed and concluded hear, so as to prevent confusion and over run concerning other deals made with seperate clans. Hopefully, through trust and alliance, we will unite as one federation and remove the kluth presence from our space. I personally look forward to the unification and co-operation with all my fellow human breathren in dealing with this serious and pressing issue. All responses will be prompt and constructed.
I request only legit postings by Clan Administrators or Diplomatic advisors, with authority to make such decisions be present in this document.

As a speaker and joint commander of -DI-(UGTO).
We have agreed that we will take part in this alliance to remove the k'luth from our rightful planets, and agree not to attack icc planets unless provoked. but only then we will take appropiate measures against the offending clan.

I have started communication with the members of Dirty Deeds on the specifications with the treaty with -DI-. The treaty is as follows:
(1) No DD or DI ships will enter into hostilities with each other as long as the treaty is effective.
(2) No DD or DI players will enact or execute any bombing or conquest of each other's respective planets.
(3) DD and DI will communicate and work together, when the oppurtunity is presented, to bring aggressive action against the Kluth.
(4) Any breach in the treaty will result in defensive and agressive action IN THE TIME FRAME OF THE TRANSGRETION. After a breach of the treaty, a formal report should be issued in the diplomacy forum to determine if the treaty has been violated or a mistake made.
As of this moment, the treaty is valid and signed by:

Amendment 1: There will be a marginal time frame of 5 days, which will laps on Wednesday, the 24 of April, in the evening.. During this time, any violations of the treaty can be viewed as lack of communication, giving both clans the oppurtunity and time to inform all members of the treaty. After this time expires, all violations can and will be dealt with in the aforementioned manner.
