In the Setup is an Point named "Wait VB" What is it for?

It is used to syncronize your display refresh rate with your monitor. Some people experience better gameplay by changing this setting.

I had a ping of some secs before, when I changed it, it went down to normal...

also known as v-sync or vertical sync, it limits ur FPS to ur HZ (usually 60-75 in games)
