So where's the "Construction" voice when you go to build a planet?
Yes, having it as a chance to play instead of always playing would probably be best. The voices are a nice touch, just not when they constantly play.

how about a taunt function, where u get faustus laughing at you when u die, or saying annoying stuff if u kill his AI?

Interdictors on planets are working even if the technology is lower then 70.

It's not a bug as dev log stated:

It means now structures only requires certain technology as a reprequisite condition in order to build. When technology drops below that tech milestone, their efficient drops linearly. Ig: at 80 tech, hydrid II provides 4% PD; at 40 tech, hydrid II provides 2% PD. Structures no longer pause because of technology. They only pause temporarily a minute when the planet lacks worker/power until these critical resource fulfils.
Personally, I think interdictor range will decrease linearly to the technology. But I haven't had a chance to test and I don't know how to test exactly.
Up to now, players have targeted interdictor first, instead of infantry, when they start to bomb.
If there is any bug with structure, I may confirm that planet will not recover fully if its worker falls under 50% the essential number. A sign to know your construction vulnerable is by looking at the employed worker / total worker. The rate which beyond 90% is alarming.

After the new DS patch scenarios don't finish the right way, when you are done with scenario, last screen should show you how everyone performed, if there is any bonus prestige and whats your score, this screen is GONE. Play scenario and see for yourself.

That screen shows whilst the server is loading and players are loading. Now that our asset loading and caching is VASTLY improved, that screen doesn't show up as often.

After some time of playing this new version, I'm beginning to think that the -10% weap damage was a mistake.
