Hey guys i was just wondering what happen to the ICC sheild bubble effects?
The effect where the sheild would flare when they took damage.
I remember them when i played this long time ago but they have been removed.
just wondering if they are gonna make a come back as they were pretty cool looking.

Dude it's so different it's unrecognizable. There's lots and lots of AI I absolutely love the AI now, although I still don't know if you can issue them orders or if they follow their own orders and what determines those orders. What makes trannies capture certain planets for instance? I've tried issuing orders and it doesn't seem to work.
Enhancements I'm not a fan of. Seems to make the game more "gamey" if you know what I mean, like something you'd find in an arcade or action game where enemies drop powerups. Not that they do much, but I still think it would be better if they didn't exist. Where are these enhancements coming from? Do all our ships carry them or something?
