Yeah I remember 1.480, first version i played. I miss it still, balanced or unbalanced game play.
edit- Really nice to see all the oldies, friends, and idols that inspired me to play better. I won't name em but It's awesome to see everyone's still around.

Yeah? Well, I'm so old I don't even remember what version I started with. I know it was before the really laggy, fighter heavy version, and each class of ship only had one model. And K'luth cloaking, well I forget just how it worked but I think you could overcome it by stacking ECCM and then pelting them with beacons.

I was here just before they changed Kluth ships seeable from 1 eccm. I liked it before, always stressing out if there is a Kluth dread behind my destroyer (thats what my rank was at the time =p) ready to spam Num 2 on my ICC ship just so I can survive an extra 5 seconds e-jump away to get chased down by said dread to die =p
